Welcome, You have stumbled opon a website dedicated to DSM's Cincidsm has been around since before this website. I don't know the exact date, but the original members started forming this group around April of 1997. It all started here locally thanks to Todd Day and the Talon Digest This was our daily dose of DSM news and entertainment. This helped me realize our need for a local means to communicate, and thus the first Cincidsm mailing list was formed. At the time it was run by a company called Onelist, who a few years later was bought out by egroups, and then eventually Yahoo bought them / the software and even today Cincidsm has a public mailing list on Yahoo. Anyone can join this list. Currently there are over 200 members on this list. This did, however lead to a problem. With the large number of members, and from all over the country, not just the Cincinnati area the discussion got offtopic a LOT. This lead to the creation of both a Forum, and a private mailing list. The only way on is to be invited or sponsored. This might seem harsh, but the private list is for a group of local active members. That about brings you up to date with the non detailed version of Cincidsm. We do hang out, and do have gatherings, both car and non car related.
